Jonathon has been fantastic at getting us our apartment quickly over the weekend. The service has been top notch and accommodating to our emergency housing situation. We are now excited to live in the beautiful Cove.
The maintenance support they have here is great. I especially appreciate Deybi Gonzalez work. He is super clean (wears bootie), is very polite and also fast. I also notice that he is super capable of all kinds of mai ten e requests. Bravo and thank you for the good service.

During this recent power outage Mac and his management and maintenance team were extremely kind, caring, and helpful. Back up generator was used at the clubhouse for everyone to charge devices. The office area was given up for this purpose also. The clubhouse became a resource and hangout, where residents got to be a community. Thank You
We moved in at The Cove in February 2017 and absolutely love it here! From the actual unit with lovely views, patios, chefs kitchen, in unit laundry- to the community areas like the clubhouse, indoor and outdoor pools, conference room, gym, pet areas (even a pet washing room!) - to all the staff (so cooperative and friendly) and fellow residents- it's only been amazing! Great community. The management has been wonderful to work with. Cali always helps us schedule anything we need and is quick to respond to request. Alan has been great at responding to maintenance request. We truly love our home on the water.

I lived at the Cove for about 6 months (in one of the older units) and had a great experience with the management. The maintenance was always super timely (even down to replacing light bulbs!) and really enjoyed living there.
I'm writing to recommend the Cove as I've had a good experience moving in and living here since February 2016. I love the apartment and the views and the water and the trees, so all of these things appealed to me. The floors are a dark wood look on the bottom units and carpet on the top units and I find the new appliances and floors and decks attractive.
