Last night, we visited The Cove, drawn more by its ambiance and music than the food and service. The setting by the water, paired with a fantastic DJ, created an unforgettable atmosphere. We ordered a variety of dishes including Greek salad, octopus, sushi rolls, tuna crispy rice, and halloumi. Unfortunately, all the dishes were served cold, which was quite disappointing. Beautiful but tiny portions for the price. Food tasty except for the beets which were hard as rocks, could not even cut into them

Great food and drinks. Excellent view of the water/docking area outside. The staff is generally professional and friendly however the waiter on July 4th was a bit dismissive of our attendance as we were only 2 people ordering apps and drinks as opposed to larger entrees. Expect $20 drinks and $30-$50 entrees. Typical pricing for a north shore restaurant. Not sure if I will attend again for another date night. Loved this place, the ambience, service, and food but the arrangement of the tables was a slight problem. We were seated next to a big group of people who kept bumping into our chairs and I was even elbowed to the head at one point by one of the party members due to the close proximity of our tables. A little pricey but a wonderful night out for groups of all kinds.

Ambience was beautiful, service was fine. There was a mixup in the kitchen. Server forgot to put through one of the guests orders for our party. Happens. He apologized and tried to quickly remedy the situation but the kitchen didn’t cooperate. After waiting about 15 minutes for the food to come out we complained to the manager who was definitely not a nice person. The original order was a burger. Great meal as always & great service. We split a dozen raw oysters, calamari appetizer-nice size portion & not too breaded or greasy, the octopus appetizer was delicious & nice size, linguini with clam sauce, side of sautéed spinach (again not too oily). I'd recommend & go back.
