We have had the complete worst experience living at these apartments . Within 4 days of living here my truck door handle was hollowed out by a screwdriver and someone stole my tailgate off my truck . A month before we moved here but we paid to get into our apartment the manager said that they were working on the gates . We went back to our original home before here to move our stuff to Texas and the gates are still broken to today . Someone has been trying to steal my truck and they do nothing . This place is terrible they make you pay a pest control fee but don't spray the stuff and then you're left with roaches sometimes. The big bright guy in the office has the worst attitude in the leasing office and gives dirty looks and will bang on your door talking crazy to whoever he's out there with instead of talking to you calmly and resolving any issues. Also there's poop in the grass and elevators from peoples pets. The pool trash is always full so is the trash room which leaves the hallways smelling like sewer water. ... read more
Leased here over a year ago and got my truck broken into twice. Come move out time I went to remove my things from a storage unit I had also leased from them and my things were missing and the complex was using it to store their things in it. Nothing was done not even an I'm sorry. Oh and I moved out 2 months ago and still haven't seen my deposit.
Don't have your packages delivered here. Someone will steal them from the mail room or at your door and management will do nothing about it.
LIVING HERE HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE. I CAN NOT WAIT TO MOVE! This building is the definition of a "catfish". This place is not at all what it seems or what they advertise. There are plenty of better places for the price. Personal me and my wife have not spoken to one tenant that enjoys living here. Can't wait to move!
Save yourself the hassle and DO NOT move in here. They have changed management over 3 times in the last 6 months. They do not answer resident phone calls or respond to resident emails. Cars are constantly getting broken into. The entry doors to the apartment complex have been broken for months now and they have made no effort to get them fixed so residents have to walk to the entire other side of the building just to get in. They do not care about their residents here and I will be moving out ASAP.
Unless you want to be subject to theft on a daily/weekly basis, don't live here. I had a $4500 motorcycle stolen from MY LOCKED GARAGE!!! No cameras either after a years worth of weekly vandalism and people steeling residents tires & wheels. It is a crime HOTSPOT and management seemingly does not give one bit of a concern. Do not live here at all costs.
