I had to wait to sign some papers, thay told me my daughter could go to the back, while I waited for papers. When I went back to wait with my daughter, she was already on the exam chair and they were starting to work on her without me authorizing, which made me uncomfortable. It was not a major procedure and next time, I will just have my daughter wait with me.

I had to step out for a couple of minutes before I was called and the receptionist indicated to me that I need to hurry and fill in my children's paperwork because I had know put them behind. I felt a bit pressured to complete the paperwork.

The gentleman that took me in with my daughter showed me every room and the purpose of each room. I thought that was nice since no other doctor has ever done that.
