I was not happy with the way the treatment costs kept rising. I did not like the fact that my daughter cried for me during procedure and no one came out to get me. I did not like the fact that once the procedure was over the dentist did not come out to tell me how it went and how my daughter did during treatment. I did not appreciate being told by 3 different dental assistants what procedures needed to be done, they did a horrible job of explaining procedures being recommended , not very clear on explanations of treatment, l... read more

The entire staff was so friendly and completely professional! The environment was comfortable and I am thinking of making the dental ark my daughter's permanent dentist.

Although the visits at your location are good, I would like to see the same dentist on every visit to maintain consistency. The last dental "cleaning" consisted of teeth being polishing and flossing only? Previously, the use of a pick was done first to remove plaque.

Other than being referred to 3 different locations (endodontics, oral surgeon, and someone to rebuild/ cap) my 15 year olds tooth, it was all great.
