First visit to the dentist. My daughter was at ease with the hygienist. She made her feel safe and talked to her properly, she didn't scare her. Dr. Already suggested filling and sedation! Not sure how I feel about that. Was hoping for time before they suggested such harsh procedure.Maybe I should have researched this part more. Will go back and ask more questions amybe a second opion.
I will not take my daughter anywhere else.i travel from NE all the way here because she is treated very well.my daughter is now 9 and we started her since she was 3, she was traumatized by someone else and here she is comfortable.
I am happy with the new adult waiting room. It was very peaceful and the time went by very quickly.

This is our second visit. Dental Ark is just wonderful. Very smooth visit. Friendly. Professional. Some room for improvement: My daughter mentioned that whoever cleaned her teeth used the same tissue/gauze to clean her face after having used it inside her mouth. My 14 -yr old thought that was "kinda gross."
My daughter was very nervous, as any child would be, but she said everyone was very nice and kind. I was pleased to hear she was treated with kindness and that the staff was compassionate towards her nrevousness.
Awesome office and great customer service
Every time I take my son to his appointments we are welcomed with open arms and are very friendly. My son loves going!
The doctor explain how to brush my sons teeth with no problem when I asked her twice so I could understand good and didn't misss any detail. The doctor was really nice and kind.
