I noticed that you have the dental assistants looking for parents in the parent waiting room first and then in the front waiting area. Maybe you can put a dry erase board to write down the names of the parents waiting in the waiting area.
I don't have any complaints when I come to our office. Now that you are having coffee and WiFi for us to use, I believe my experience will be better.
