I do not remember the name of the Dr. that saw my children but I do not like him at all, he was very rude with my kids and with me. I felt some kind of discrimination.

When making a future appointment I feel that the receptionist should always ask if the insurance has changed with any caller. I did have to wait 20 minutes for the new insurance to be verified before Joey was seen. Nevertheless the experience was OUTSTANDING!!! Dr. Hamm is superb at her job and her staff is unbelievably patient and kind towards Joey. What a wonderful experience! Thanks again! You all are fabulous!

Well inside team is great but always front desk acts like you not even there i walk in ladies where chit chating none of them even look at us i said good morning one of then just piont to the charts, i want to ask a question she told me just sign in

Although we were blessed enough to be able to have the money to pay our bill in it's entirety, I think payment options should be more flexible for the consideration of those who may not have the money to pay larger bills all at once.
