As a first time patient at this dermatology clinic, the staff was very friendly, and courteous. The wait was not long to see the doctor. I would definitely recommend this clinic to my Family and Friends. I Loved it.

Making the appointment was easy but when I checked in, the receptionist claimed that my insurance wasn’t active; it turned out the insurance system was down which wasn’t my fault. The she made me swiped my card twice for copayment, despite the fact of showing her from my phone that the charges had gone through. The charge wasn’t showing on their screen and it turned out it was their system not my card. I did swipe it again because they would not let me see the doctor.
