I’m very disappointed with my daughter’s recent visit. She normally sees Patricia Kennedy and has always had a good experience with her. For this appointment, she was seen by Andrea Persaud, and unfortunately, the experience was very different. My daughter is being treated for alopecia and received steroid injections on her scalp. I understand that this type of treatment can be uncomfortable, but I felt the injections were handled very aggressively. Making the appointment was easy but when I checked in, the receptionist claimed that my insurance wasn’t active; it turned out the insurance system was down which wasn’t my fault. The she made me swiped my card twice for copayment, despite the fact of showing her from my phone that the charges had gone through.
