Any issues are met with genuine concern and are fixed promptly. In my opinion, the value of living here greatly outweighs the affordable cost.

Verified Renter Gorgeous amenities and apartment aesthetics. Awful practical essentials. Bathrooms are the worst offenders. The master shower half door makes it impossible to shower without making a mess. The faucets are too close to the edge. This makes it difficult to not make a mess when washing your hands. Even if you do manage, good luck getting to the towel rack without getting water all over the floor. And the AC is constantly on. Verified Renter The experience living at The Douglas is one of tranquility. A bit removed from the hustle and bustle, nestled at the base of Black Mountain next to Cornerstone Park and its wonderful lake provides a different perspective which I now call home.

Verified Renter Such a gorgeous and safe community. Everyone seems to be very friendly and the staff are very kind. Location is everything and youre less than 10 seconds away from the freeway entrance. Theres plenty of shopping and dining nearby and I really love living here.
