Eddie with maintenance is the best! I put a ticket in and he was quick to respond and fix my issue! He is very quick, efficient, and kind! He goes above and beyond. He's the best!! Thanks Eddie for everything!
I have lived here since they opened and it is horrible I watched it go from being a five-star to a no-star. There is no 24-hour concierge the parking is in the alley it's only about 10 spots so please don't let them fool you they are rats due to the restaurant downstairs this place is totally going down and yet they continue to increase the rent please do not move in here you will be highly disappointed and that's coming from a healthcare professional and a person who has been here since day one.
The Duncan has been a great living experience. The guys at the front desk take great care of the residents. George is always available to assist with anything we need and gives 5 star hospitality!

zero stars if i could. RUN FOR YOUR LIFE AWAY FROM THIS BUILDING AND COMPANY. living here is a nightmare. management and maintenance might as well be ghosts. they won't respond to your emails or calls and whatever issue you may have with your apartment will go unfixed for who knows how long. it's a total joke, and I was suckered into it. don't make the same mistake as me!!!
