Such a scam of a place. They suck every dollar out of you. When you move out, they will charge for everything. Paid way too much money to deal with management that did not solve any issues.
Make sure you record how the place looks when you leave. No matter how clean it is expect a bill in the mail.
I’m not one to complain or even rant about a lot of situations but the time I’ve spent here has been an experience nonetheless (and not a pleasant one). For starters, when you first move in the amount of dust, dirt, and debris that was in the floor was insane. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! They have poor management and customer service. They bully students 4 months into a new contract to sign a contract for the next year by making the students feel they may lose their apartment to a new tenant. They didn't respond to a call my daughter made to the after hours 24 hour line to report her carbon monoxide alarm was going off. She had to call the fire department to get help. They put fear in current students to renew leases stating if they don’t sign rent could be higher for the following year. They are horrible with subleasing. Disgraceful.

Ahhh where do we begin! Upon arriving on move in day 2019, the battery for the electronic lock on our unit’s door was dead so we had to spend all morning trying to get that fixed so we can get in. Whatever. Get inside... floors? FILTHY. Baseboards? DISGUSTING. Unit? TINY. My bedroom was SOOOO small... and SURPRISE! Mine was the biggest one in the unit. Water pressure? Non existent. They are selective regarding who they are going to harass. They lie and makeup things as they go. AND MY FAVORITE IS THAT THWY BREACH THEIR OWN CONTRACT. I have the receipts to prove it and I will be posting them on line. I find it suspect that all the comments are 1 to 2 years ago.

I have lived here for over a year and I wish I had never signed a lease here. The AC in my apartment is broken MOST of the time, even in the summer. The maintenance people don't have a clue what they are doing and give stupid excuses for things in the apartment not working. I didn't have hot water for over a month, the fire alarm has gone off multiple times from 2am-5am.
