This place is running a scam with g-Vegas towing. I visited my sister for a couple of hours when I came out my Vehicle was GONE! .... after walking around the parking lot looking for towing information (I only saw one and by the way it’s very tiny and far from where I parked) to make a long story short I had to pay 135.00 to get my car back. The subleasing process is absolutely terrible and provides no protection for the person subleasing. They advertise "free parking" but be careful because they make you rely on the person you're subleasing from to hand over the parking pass. If they don't give to you before they move then you get towed from your own apartment and its $200 to get your car back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! They are horrible! They had my daughters car and her friends car towed due to there was no visitor parking available and they parked beside of the visitor parking! There is only 14 visitor parking spaces for the whole complex! Her boyfriend lives there and she was visiting him. They had the girls cars towed in the middle of the night and did not tell them where they were towed to. Their cars were not in any residents spots and was far away from the buildings. Be carfeful- The rate quoted is for per person and is not made explicitly clear. It appeared to be per unit to me-my mistake. This is very high as I have a student in Chapel Hill in a new unit that is only $450 per month per person, not $790 per person. Wow!
