The cancellation process was very organized, with help from two on-site employees. (I had an issue canceling with their billing partner, ABC Fitness - That is my only complaint here). However, the on-site employee manager straightened that out once he understood my situation which the previous employee told him. (This was taken care of within 24 hours!) Thank you again for your prompt responses and for helping me cancel my membership - you both made it very easy and stress-free after dealing with ABC Fitness directly.

Horrible place.never any gym equipment available. Everyone’s on top of each other. Overpriced and when you try to cancel your membership they don’t let you cancel and continue to bill you. NEVER EVER AGAIN. 0 stars. Despicable

Several days ago I called about my account charge and was told someone would call me back. They never did. So I called to cancel and they told me I had to email with a certain number. After emailing someone for help they told me I was charged $60 for a yearly enhancement fee. I absolutely positively was not verbally told about that fee at sign up. I cancelled my membership in March of 2020 when Covid hit. I emailed them and left them a voice message as their centers closed down. They say they never received my messages and continue to harass me for money they believe to be owed them. I moved out of stated and even told them this a second time that I cancelled this.

I don't even want to give this business one star. They rip you off by charging a monthly fee and an annual fee. I asked that they discontinue charging my cc for my daughters membership and they refused, saying she needed to come in and cancel. Once she did that a month later, they told her she needed to send an email to cancel. I called them a few times between December 1, 2025 and January 20th, 2026 and each time they said she needed to come in knowing she needed to send an email and in the meantime continued to charge me f... read more

After 7 years as a member with the mid level membership that allowed me to take all Group X classes, you changed rules in the middle of my current membership year. I can no longer reserve a spot in Pilates class. The only Group X classes I take. I do nothing else in the gym. You gave no notice. You did not grandfather my membership. Shame on you. I’m so disappointed in a gym I once loved.

Read Before You Sign Up . I give zero stars for the corporate. and for the childcare manager, Bella. even zero feels too much for them. They've ruined this gym's reputation, they don't know how to manage, and they show zero respect for members. Their neglect and silence are shameful. this gym has the worst corporate l have ever seen. It's been years since I've had a membership at this gym. I have asked multiple times to be removed from their marketing list as I continue to receive emails. The link on their website to unsubscribe does not work. You're prompted to contact the company to update your subscription preferences. When you call the gym location, someone just takes your name and number. At this point it's harassment. Isn't there laws to protect consumers from stuff like this?

This business needs to be shut down NOW. They confirmed a family member’s membership was cancelled and still charged them and are requesting documentation of change of address (which they provided) or a medical report. They lost their job and cannot afford this membership. CRUEL AND SEEMS ILLEGAL!!!
