Started coming here when they opened and so far love the experience in here. Everything is well kept, cleaned, and maintained. Employees always friendly, helpful, and do it all with a smile! Never feel intimidated like I have in previous gyms.
I am easing back into the gym after taking time off due to the pandemic. This gym is bright, airy, clean. So far, so good. I am looking forward to movie night in the cinema room!

Cannot say enough how this gym is the definition of what a sports club should be in Connecticut right now. Fairly priced, mega clean, state of the art equipment, KNOWLEDGEABLE TRAINERS AND STAFF WHO ACTUALLY LOOK THE PART AND KNOW THEIR CRAFT. Cannot stress this last part enough- because the environment they're creating in these clubs isn't just about 'marking time' or 'treading water' or 'staying fit'- it's about progress.
