son unos mmalditos rateros les compre una menbresia esplicandoles que solo la queria para ir a caminar con mi hijo en invierno porque no tenemos muchos lugares a donde ir y despues de 5 0 6 meses boy por primera vez y resulta que mihijo no puede entrar que tengo que pagar otros diez dolares

It was amazing when they first opened a few years ago, but then they oversold and continue overselling memberships so even at normal "off peak" hours it's overpacked.

Edge Fitness is a total scam. DO NOT! I repeat DO NOT sign up for this gym. First off they entrap you in a two year contract and make it impossible to cancel. Cus service and the clubs are no help. Even if your contract is set to non renewal they will still continue to charge you and guess what the price goes up 5 dollar. The only way you can cancel is by sending an email that takes 5-7 business days to get back to you and the cherry on top is you have to pay for any char that fall within the 30 day time frame of when you se... read more

I recently canceled my membership here. Staff has a mix of nice and stuck up employees. No matter what time I go maintenance always cleans right where I stretch. It is over crowded mostly every time I go. They recently changed the times so it's not 24 hours any more. Not what I originally signed up for. I really feel disappointed.

I tried to reach out to edgecares email, which I'm starting to think isn't real. Multiple times I haven't gotten any response. I constantly get emails and messages about a forgiveness option which I've called about and there is still no way to help. Frank Deniz in north Attleboro MA is unprofessional and doesn't ever call back but can send me multiple emails about a renewal plan... smh place is a scam

Horrible Gym! The employees are rude, equipment is alright but this gym is over packed as well. But main reason, I was followed to my car a couple of times and contacted customer service about how unsafe I felt bad wanted to cancel my membership and didn't feel safe going to the gym to speak to anyone. They do not care for the safety of their members just getting their money. Which is really sad! I tried to cancel my membership, the gym is a bit too far from me. However, they don't let you cancel unless you are moving 15 miles or more away or for medical reasons. I hate this gym, but I can't cancel because I am healthy and in the area. DON'T GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TRAPPED! Not worth your money.

The EDGE used to be decent when it first opened up, but now that it is up and running it is very crowded and most gym goers are not respectful of others' needs to use the weights and machines. One gym goer had her towel, back back and phone on one machine while she used two others. Also, I have overheard gym goers make disparaging comments about other gym goers in the locker room, which makes the whole atmosphere unsettling and unsafe. If you want to cancel after your 12 month contract they force you to pay for an additional month. Customer service was not helpful. Awful experience.
