This business sucks. I tried to bring my sibling into the gym with me because it's a personal health thing however we weren't able to unless I had a parent or guardian come into the gym with me and signed a waiver for my SIBLING. This is by far one of the most heavily regulated gyms I've been to and everyone should have access for a way to better themselves. This place is definitely NOT A PLACE I WOULD RECOMMEND unless you wanna go through a big hassle just to better your life and the way you want to get moving for yourself.... read more

They fucked up my day I was supposed to work out and Larry put me to the fucking side because my agreement fucking expired. How the fuck am I supposed to know that shit you're supposed to let me know every time I fucking sign up to go in the fucking gym, so they have to remind me when I'm about to work out and now I have to fucking go because I spent most of my time sitting in a fucking chair listening to a bunch of bullshit, when I'm supposed to be working out delivery killed my fucking day I don't even get a fucking apolog... read more

Be careful!!! Be warned!! Even though per the agreement I am outside their mile radius and grounds for cancellation. They would not accept my cancellation, partly too because my email bounced back and made it to them in 3.5 days instead of the 3 days. My job changed and it wasn't going to work, even if I were to move near one & rehab or try to work with an injury - this is NOT the place I would go. BEWARE I DID REACH OUT TO YOU DIRECTLY.

The gym is great with new equipment but they don't open on time on the weekends. Had to wait an hour in the parking lot until they got here to open up.

Hi Jovany, our club openers are required to arrive prior to our scheduled opening time, to ensure that the doors are open and ready for our members. Unfortunately, we did have an unforeseen emergency that affected the opening that day.
I regret signing up for this gym. I initially signed up during pre-sales and now I wish I didn't. Overall the gym is fine, but they obviously oversold memberships and it is obnoxiously busy all the time. I am an early morning gym goer, and it just seems to be getting busier earlier and ealrier as other members are trying to avoid crowds too.
