I've now been a member for three months and updating my review. This is still the best gym I've been a member of--and I've been a member of most in the area. But there are items that need to be addressed. At busy times, forget about getting a weight machine. It's amazing how many men will work on the machine for 30 seconds or so, then take a three minute break and play on their phones--while staying on the machine. Always packed and always have to wait for machines. It's a very nice facility but I dont think they were ready for the amount of people that signed up to the number of machines they have Available. Now I'm locked in to a two year membership and can't even work out do to the High volume of customers.

The hours and facilities are great, as are the staff. In fact, they have way too many staff members, but that's their problem. The 24 hr Mon morn-Fri 9pm hours are also great. There is no pool. The massage chair for premium members is out of order, and they tell you you get 30 minutes. You get 15 minutes, and that begins after you register, they check your ticket, you remove your shoes and get the machine set. Good luck getting out of your membership even if they discriminate against you. Still waiting. Bad Management, over crowded and they dont care about you.

I am moving from NJ to Philly and they won't let me cancel after providing all my lease documents because they said I still live close enough to the Cherry Hill location. But I'm selling my car because I'm in the city now. So I guess I will take me and my non-existent car, over the bridge, pay the toll (or pay my uber I guess since I have no car) to a gym in a different state? Very nice customer service you got here. Ive been going to this gym for about 2 years now. The staff have always been somewhat friendly. The person that does the overnight shift (not sure if he's still apart of the staff) has ALWAYS been nice and friendly. Well today my experience has been less than amazing. And it is thanks to one of the female staff members. This was about 5 pm when this happened. I was filming my gym session as I always do for my own personal use. Horrible practices, they love to throw in your face their contracts when cancelling but make you sign on a device you have no clue what you're agreeing to.

Hello we are sorry to hear your frustration. As your screenshots show, you were given the email address in which to request cancelation. We do require cancellations are sent via email to our billing partner. This is to ensure a documented record of the request for the benefit of both parties. Once you send the cancel request to the email address that was provided to you, the cancelation can process. However, any outstanding balance must be settled before the cancel can finalize.
This gym sucks, its always crowded and youre never able to get on any machines at any time unless its close to closing or really early in the morning. Be careful about their contracts as well because god forgid you move out of state its newrly impossible to cancel unless you buy a house in another state. Their customer service is horrid and I wouldnt reccomend this gym to anyone.
