I've now been a member for three months and updating my review. This is still the best gym I've been a member of--and I've been a member of most in the area. But there are items that need to be addressed. At busy times, forget about getting a weight machine. It's amazing how many men will work on the machine for 30 seconds or so, then take a three minute break and play on their phones--while staying on the machine. I loved it! It looks amazing and it's worth the membership. I hope to lose as much weight as possible
Always packed and always have to wait for machines. It's a very nice facility but I dont think they were ready for the amount of people that signed up to the number of machines they have Available. Now I'm locked in to a two year membership and can't even work out do to the High volume of customers.
The hours and facilities are great, as are the staff. In fact, they have way too many staff members, but that's their problem. The 24 hr Mon morn-Fri 9pm hours are also great. There is no pool. The massage chair for premium members is out of order, and they tell you you get 30 minutes. You get 15 minutes, and that begins after you register, they check your ticket, you remove your shoes and get the machine set.
