So I'm giving it 2 stars because I do think this gym have a lot of potential. I went to this gym for almost 2 months and had to break my contract. When I first started coming to this gym it was overwhelming because of the amount of people that are there. Coming from a gym that wasn't as crowded it took some time to get use to which I did after about 2 weeks. The club is clean but the water is not hot. It is owned by a financial company and their unexpected charges can surprise you. Difficult to get out of the contract. Beware !!!

I upgraded my membership for tanning in the summer and I went back yesterday to downgrade it. In the website it said I could downgrade after my initial term ended, so I expected no problems. However, that was not the case. When I talked to the front desk about it, they told me my contract was until 2023, which means I have to pay until then. This gym has great equipment!!BUT I paid for a personal trainer that no longer was available for early mornings that I had set up after I paid. The staff refused to resolve the issue kept telling me I had to change my hours but unfortunately I have a job. And has not refunded the money!!!Because I was unhappy with them not being able to resolve the issue they kicked me out of the gym which has never happened in the 40 years I have belong to a gym !! If you enjoy never knowing when you're going to get a freezing cold shower this is the gym for you. I'm on my third one in 3 weeks. Plus is staff are always welcoming and nice.

Beware when you sign up for membership. I wanted to cancel my membership since the place is too far from work and there is already a free gym where I work and I could only make it to Edge about twice a month because again it is too far, which is a waste of money but they said I could not cancel until I finish the contract which is 1 year by the way. Until then, I'll be wasting money just waiting until I can finally cancel the membership. I have never heard of a gym that won't let you cancel membership until you reach one yea... read more

Only sign up for this gym if you like being lied to. Once you walk in they greet you with high-pressure tactics to sign up. You never get to see the actual contract you are signing on their screen, and it is E-mailed to you past the 3 day window you legally have to back out. When I tried to cancel my membership, because they harass you to take a fitness exam and their classes are awful, they tell me I need a doctor's note. Signed up for 9.95 membership with first month free. Did not catch first month bill on credit card 28.95 but did the second month. Bait and switch how many others does this happen too. Customer service acted and treated me like it was me. BEWARE

Terrible customer service by a "manager". I'm unsure how someone so rude could be in a leadership position! He insulted me multiple times and spoke down to me! I will tell anyone who asks me about this gym my experience, which has already deterred people from joining because of how he spoke to me.
