Update! I still love it and I actually signed up with the trainer who I mentioned in the previous review. His name is Arnav and he is GREAT! Couldn't have asked for a better team of people. Lindsey and Arnav and Mia and Jacob they all have made my experience in the gym 100x better. I went to an edge fitness in North Philly and I must say this is the only Edge I would keep coming to. Compared to other gyms in the area this place is so affordable and you get a lot of bang for your buck. Cadence at the front desk is amazing. She took the time to look at everyone's profile when they check in and learn our names. It's rare to get someone who genuinely cares and adds a personal touch like that. I've joined Edge Fitness this past week and from the moment I was greeted by Jacob who has been excellent and super friendly. He showed me around and I fell in love. I knew I wanted to sign up months ago but it's nowhere close to my home. At least 35 minutes away however I started working not too far and I checked and saw how close it was and I went everyday and showered everyday and got a chance to try everything and it was perfect! Good value for the money. Spacious, good machine and weight availability, dedicated women's only fitness room. I wouldn't shower here - no towels, no toiletries, and not especially clean. But it's sufficient for everything else.

This gym is by far the best value for the price. It has everything I need and is bright, clean and the staff is friendly. I love going to Edge!

Amazing prices, great equipment, and pretty good classes. I signed up for a trainer (Luke) and have been very happy with him and have improved my muscle strength tremendously. I'm very lucky to live so close to Edge (a major factor in picking any gym), but I really have been happy with these guys!

I had a problem with the general manager of this location. When the corporate people learned of my problem, they almost immediately rectified it. The gym itself is clean and super well equipped. I have been working with one of their personal trainers and have found him to be the most qualified person I have ever worked with.

To me, a gay man, one of the most important things about a gym is my ability to work on my glutes with the most up to date and modern equipment. That's what you get here at the edge. The staff is amazing, and the GM is a total babe. I'd let him spot me any day
