Redundant paperwork, apathetic staff
Took my mother here, when we walked in we were told we could not be seen because their systems were down and they could not verify insurance. We did not receive any type of screening or evaluation, we were told to go to another ER. Last I knew, they were required to at least provide an evaluation for my mother who was in resp distress. From working in the ER and free standing ER’s for years, I had no idea turning patients away was an option. Obviously they do not have any downtime procedures.
