Took my mother here, when we walked in we were told we could not be seen because their systems were down and they could not verify insurance. We did not receive any type of screening or evaluation, we were told to go to another ER. Last I knew, they were required to at least provide an evaluation for my mother who was in resp distress. From working in the ER and free standing ER’s for years, I had no idea turning patients away was an option. Obviously they do not have any downtime procedures. The dr that "gelped" me was pretty rude even going as far to discredit the specialists I regularly see for his own opinion as a general dr. He seemed like I was an absolute inconvenience to him for coming in with a pretty bad stomach bug my kids gave me. I was pretty out of it being exhausted from getting my 2 toddlers over this and then catching it myself. the nurses and the rest of the staff was amazing however the dr should retire and not be taking care of patients if we are that irritating to him.

Called before I drove to center and asked if doc could help me with sleep med after being awake all night every night for a a year . Waited 2 and a half hours only to here doc wouldn’t give me anything for sleep . Waste of time and stress level went way up after doc wasted my time .

My husband is a First Responder and we ALWAYS go here because we have never had any bad experiences here. The Office Manager Debbie and the rest of her staff have always been good to us. I refer a lot of first responder families here as well. TONIGHT was the WORST visit ever! Our 4 yr old was sick with fever, I took him in at 6:45 pm. Leslie rudely tells me that there is a 7 hour wait if I want him to be seen. I went home waited until 12:45am and called to see if they were ready.
