From the moment I arrived the manager said “we will be right with you”. Mr Aaron Gomez was cordial and took my information and explain what they were doing today and if I was waiting until the complimentary service was over. I waited and Leif send a video about the condition of the car and I was out in an hour. I really appreciated their superb service and would recommend Toyota in the future.

The doctors bed side manner was not very nice. I’ve been there at least 20 times in my life for myself and my children and this was the worst experience. Friendly doctors matter, not rude and condescending ones.

After removing sutures from a previously treated wound, the e clinic provided prescription for antibiotic and a referral to hand specialist for followup. The wound was dressed with leave in place tape, so I wont have to continue to clean and bandage - just wait until the tape falls off. Two days into the antibiotic and the inflammation seems to be going away! Thank you!
