Super nice people. Rates were unbelievable. We are from out of town. I wish they were closer to where we live. Would use again. Facility is clean. We were seen quickly and very efficient.
I’m pregnant and had such a bad cough my ribs hurt consistently. The staff was so nice and understanding. The front desk staff did a great job of explaining what I would be charged and how it would work with my insurance. The doctor was very caring and gave options based on me being pregnant. The nurse did a great job of explaining the treatment and risk. I ended up having pneumonia, there is a good chance this clinic saved me and my babies life.
Prompt to identify situation and to offer solutions. Carried through in getting the right medical attention.
No one ever wants to go to an emergency clinic, but if you have need of one you want to know the people caring for you are compassionate, intelligent, thorough and attentive. My overnight stay due to chest pain was made much less stressful by this caring team of professionals.

When my PCP’s office was closed for the New Year’s holiday, I knew that I couldn’t wait to be seen. After looking for a walk-in clinic close-by with good reviews, I found the emergency clinic by the Pearl. This clinic lived up to the reviews. Everyone from the friendly and knowledgeable person at the front desk, nurses, X-ray tech to Dr. Deleon Chin, were first rate! The team was quick, but thorough. Highly recommend!

We had a pleasant experience at this facility on Saturday, the staff here are both professional and caring! They took excellent care of my granddaughter and we were seen very quickly, definitely satisfied with the care we received.
