Dr. Armellini’s care for me is exceptional. She takes the time to explain things and answers all my questions. Her concern for my health is evident.
Been a patient for about 5 years or so now and Dr Armellini is the best endo around, by far. She is very interested in her patients’ well-being and appointments are rarely rushed, if ever! She keeps up with new developments in the field and keeps patients informed. Simply put, she is the best!
The visit was pleasant and informative. Dr. Armenelli knows what she’s talking about and has the ability to put pieces together. She also takes the time to answer any questions you may have. Highly recommend.

Not only is Dr. Armellini the best endocrinologist in Northern Virginia (and probably in the entire DC area), but also she is caring, listens well, does not rush through the appointment, answers any and all questions, and never gives up on helping her patients achieve the best health outcomes possible. She is a great doctor and a very caring person who works very hard to get to know you and support you to manage your health condition what ever it is. Dr. Armellini is just wonderful. She is patient, kind, thorough and really treats you as a whole patient, not just a diabetic. She explains thoroughly, is incredibly up to date on her science, and reasons for her treatment recommendations. I’ve come to reply on her for her overall concern for all aspects of my health, and cannot recommend her highly enough.
Goes above and beyond to ensure care for me as a whole, not simply endocrine diseases.
