Very nice hotel, super clean, staff very friendly and helpful, would 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone !
We arrived for check in time at 3pm and our room wasn’t ready until well after 4pm despite checking with the front desk multiple times. The room was very basic and didn’t have a mini fridge to keep our leftovers in. Overall, the service wasn’t what it should be for this level of property.
Location was great, convenient to many attractions in Boston and many great restaurants within walking distance.
My husband and I stayed for one night the staff were super friendly, the room was very clean it was a great experience overall. We loved the rooftop bar and igloos they were cool.
This is a really cool hotel in an amazing location right on the Boston Harbor. I loved the big windows and amazing bathroom.
Perfect- but be sure to communicate Was a great experience, but booked through hotels.com and requested no down but then slept there and realized in the morning there was down and the hotel said they had no record of the request.
The location is good quiet easy parking lots of restaurants coffee sops and some shopping!
Hotel itself is beautiful! Loved staying in the seaport district. I included breakfast in my rate but when I checked in no one mentioned anything about it. I had to inquire about it the folllwing day and it turns out breakfast meant getting an $18 voucher to use in the restaurant- thought that was slightly random but the food was great. The woman who checked me out when I left seemed highly inconvenienced, which was annoying considering I was just there to pay my bill. Beautiful place though and the room was stunning!
