Lovely new hotel in a cool part of town We stayed here for a business trip. The hotel is hip and interesting and in a cool part of town. But, there is quite a bit of construction going on nearby at the moment, so that was slightly disruptive. There are a lot of fun details to see in the hotel lobby and in the rooms and although at times it seemed a bit over-designed, it at least added character. Night on the town Second stay at Envoy...just because it is so cool! Great if your dinning in the Seaport, Financial District or North End. The restaurant is now open had breakfast there on Sunday. Staff is top shelf and brunch had extensive options. Game plan is to visit every six weeks or so just because!
Great Modern Hotel A great Choice in Boston and close to Point of Interest with a walking distance. Nice Rooms and Helpful Staff, Although high cost for Valet Parking and no other choice or recommendation.

Nice, new hotel. But some things to note... This hotel is new, clean and very trendy in its decor. It's right across the water from most of the downtown Boston attractions we wanted to see. The staff was mixed: the bar staff was kind and really pleasant. The front desk staff was a bit indifferent. Envoy stay It was really very nice. Enjoyed the stay. Only substandard issues was room cleaning. Maid service was not good, Basically all that was done was to make the bed and replace the towels. No fresh sheets, no trash pick up, dishes left in the room, and air was always turned off making the room very stuffy. Otherwise all services were exceptional. Loved the available snacks in the room. Coffee would also have been nice.
Great room, great location. You can walk to most everything.
