Loved it! Modern and great location! Staff was super friendly, we loved the decor! We were able to walk around to all the city's main sites!
Perfection The team at The Envoy doesn't miss a trick! Everything was flawless from the valet to check out.
Great new hotel. I am fairly sure I was the first guest to stay in the room I was checked into. The hotel was only open for 10 days. It was of course immaculately clean. The staff were very helpful and focused on getting me checked in and served efficiently. The location can't really be beat, but it's immediate neighborhood is undergoing a complete teardown and rebuild, so it's all a bit new or still under construction.
Truth in Advertising I paid for an upgraded room with Harbor View. When I arrived and went to my room I saw that it looked over a construction site and there was no water to be seen. When I asked for my room to be changed I was told that I was being 'upgraded'. I wound up in a room with a City View; I don't think they have any actual Harbor View rooms at all.
Excellent service and amenities. Neat room layouts The staff was always ready, willing and able to offer assistance. Neat room layout.
