Don’t do it!! Would not recommend living here! First I’ll say when Marissa was the property manager it was good she got stuff done she communicated with you she got on top of work orders! Great but since she’s been gone horrible service after 4 property managers in 7 months it’s still terrible the current guy is beyond rude and maintenance guy doesn’t do anything but walk around and report peoples business to office! For what rent is out here all of the negative definitely makes it not work the stay
Maintenance is non existent My water heater broke and it took several calls to even get someone to show up Ana when they did they just shut off my water and left. No updates from anyone and no way to contact the front office directly. I can’t wait to live out of this place. They overcharge you for rent and don’t fix anything that needs fixing.

Best place to live with outstanding management Management has helped me with the whole leasing process, when there is something wrong with the unit, maintenance is very urgent about getting it taken care of as well as friendly! These units are a steal for how well they treat you!

I Love Living at The Falls! I moved here in August and have had nothing but a positive experience with the office staff, maintenance and the neighborhood overall. The space is great and everything is fairly updated as far as appliances. Hoping to stay here for a couple of years!

Absolutely in love with The Falls! I decided to move here in August and have had nothing but a positive experience so far. Maintenance and management were quick to address my questions and make sure my place was perfect for me. I hope to stay here for a while.

Bad deal. You can do better - much better. The homes are okay, but that is where the good ends. Here's where this place fails: 1. They are cold and calculating. They have no respect for their residents. Their front office staff is friendly, but there is no flexibility. The company is in it solely for the money. 2. Their lease agreement is 33 pages long, small font. Try wading through that legal mess. 3. Their cleaning fees are EXTREME. Do not live here, what ever you do, do not live here Do not live here last place in Columbia you want to live at, broken tiles And half your appliances won’t work. They will take you into a set up room that looks perfect then when you get to your place on move in day, you will be extremely disappointed.
