Everyone - Scott, Michelle, John and Susan(?) were super pleasant, helpful, on top of everything and understanding of an old lady's questions and lack of knowledge. The process on line was quite simple and made closing quicker. Liked ability to see, via their videos, the breakdown of the closing costs, etc. without having to go into office. Prompt responses to email. Trustworthy and knowledgeable staff. I would have appreciated a bit more "personal touch." For me, there was too much reliance on email and web. Client should not have to call to ask why there's a delay of over a week in underwriting - please pick up the phone and explain nothing wrong.
