What made our experience GREAT was that John Becker was wise enough (or lucky enough) to have Wendi Perez, Michelle Hawkins, and Megan Tully on his Team!!!
Scott breaks everything into very simple terms and even uses videos to explain docs. We've been homeowners for 20+ years and have gone thru a handle of refi's-- this was hands down the easiest, least painful and most transparent one yet. We'll definitely use him again!
