Terrible communication. Then I was blamed for the terrible communication as if it were my fault. was never pre approved and almost lost my home making my large family homeless. Not a personal relationship at all. down to the point of when i recieved the "thank you" gift, it was labeled with wrong names for my wife and myself. had multiple people in this organization give me attitude. ill just leave it short because i could go on. will not ever recommend this group
