Been living in this apartment for almost a year now, love everything about this place so far. At first there were a lot of room for improvement, but since Ms.Daarina took over as a senior property manager, you can see the instant changes for the better. I mean how could you say no to a building with a pool, a great lake view, quick maintenance, a gym and security. This place is perfect for all seasons, it’s beautiful. And with her new management, nothing to complain.
I moved in not to long ago and there were a couple of hiccups with getting settled, but Annette Jones has been incredible with helping me get everything sorted out! I really love the location and the building. I'm excited to be living here!
I've been here a couple of months, and I love my studio apartment! The Flamingo truly feels like home. Michelle is amazing and kind. The maintenance staff is efficient and also kind! I have no issues with finding a parking spot ever. I would recommend living here and I hope to be here another year! I can't wait to use the pool in the summer!
I just moved into my apartment about 3 weeks ago, my neighbors pipe busted, and my bathroom had to be torn completely apart for access. People have been entering my apartment without my permission, I have been without a bathroom for almost 2 weeks, and now my sacred wedding band and engagement rings are missing.
