We have lived here for a year and have never had any problems. The staff s always friendly, and maintenance is always quick (which we've only needed twice). The train is kind of loud at night if I'm awake, but it's never woken me up. It's louder if you live in a building that's right next to it. In the downtown area it's extremely hard to find an apartment complex with adequate parking. We've never had that problem here. I have been here only two months but I love it. The people in the office are so nice and helpful. I learned that the complex went under new management in March which is probably why my perspective is so different from other reviews. There is plenty of parking for residents which is probably due to their strict towing policy which can be frustrating. I wish they could ticket since towing is so extreme. Love the location on the River walk and the convenience of many wonderful restaurants within walking distance. I may have only been a visitor for a month but I did not have any problems parking and the train was more like wind blowing almost soothing. I loved the gym, they even have yoga classes and more. Management is new and they are very nice and helpful. My next stay in San Antonio will be here. I wish I could live here for longer.

After speaking with the community manager and explaining the issue. She has addresses the parking issue and made sure that I felt understood and listened to. It's a great property come visit.

This is a new apartment complex which is right along the extended part of the San Antonio River Walk. There are nice aspects and there are some other aspects. First, the complex is brand new, we were the first folks to live in our unit, which was super nice. The not so nice part, was some of the construction items which were not completely finished, were never finished (now 5 months into our lease).
