RecommendedAs my roommates and I usually say, "gotta love the flats." I have lived here for 3 years going onto my 4 and final year. (junior year-second year graduate student). Amazing Units, with different options and styles. Helpful and amazing amenities (free printing, grills, fireplace, gym, and study room. Great staff in the office and maintenance. They are always there when you need them.

I lived here for my junior & senior year. Absolute best place to live near campus. The maintenance staff was ALWAYS there whenever I had an issue with anything and took care of it ASAP. The units themselves are beyond amazing, VERY well kept and more than enough space for me and my roommates. Tanisha was always very adamant with helping me whenever I was having issues with anything.
