I have never had an issue. Everything always works well and the extra charges are never ridiculous. Like people have said, it's not cheap, but you have your own room, bathroom, and a TV that connects to wifi, so I don't know what exactly they're complaining about?? Paying for luxury??
The flats was a great place to stay at. The staff and maintenance are really on top of everything. I felt very welcomed there and very secure.
