I thought the ‘banner’ in the spray written vertically was a mistake. Folks couldn’t read it. I would suggest applying it horizontally and use contrasting colors so it could be read. Additionally I thought the price could have been better. I will compare prices next time.Â
For some reason flower box could not be delivered on November 5th. There was nothing blocking my front door. However, it was delivered this morning and the roses were tight, moist, and beginning to open. Loved the peach color!Â

Delivery was ok but disappointed with the Arrangement. What few flowers that were in Arrangement was pretty but two flowers were broken and it was mostly greenery.Â
I ordered the deluxe sized big blue sky arrangement for my sister's birthday. Blue and white r her favorite colors. The picture in the website was nothing like what she received. Already called customer service and he was very indifferent. I asked him to make it right and send the right one and he wouldn't do it. I receive $14.29 credit which is all he was willing to do. There was no blue flowers like the picture. Just alot of greenery.Â

Did not receive a call or text or email about the delivery and since I was out of town the flowers sat on my porch for a day and a half in 105 degree heat. Needless to say fresh flowers do not do well in that environment. Had I known I could have arranged to have someone pick them up. You should notify your customers if they are not home to accept the delivery.Â
