I live in Virginia. My friend that lives in Baltimore Co had major surgery. I ordered flowers from Drayers, they were exactly what I ordered, beautiful and fresh. Will definitely order from them again. Wonderful to find a florist in another area that is reliable.

Ordered flowers from a third party that they supplied. They look nothing like I order, and I order a cute teddy Bear to go with it and they sent an ugly dollar store tiny white bear. It was supposed to be a 12-inch cuddly brown bear. The delivery person that brought them was not right I thought I was going to have to call police . She sat in her car for over 30 minutes talking to herself. And no she was on the phone,
Got dead flowers on Valentine’s Day so I got replacement the next day they were dead too…. So today I got another replacement and it was worse than the other ones!
My husband has used FTD.com and this is the florist that is always used… it’s always TERRIBLE quality. There were 11 roses total in the bouquet I received today and one is completely without pedals. Last time he ordered they showed up 2 days after they were supposed to and looked nothing like the picture.
Very disappointed in quality, wrong order sent twice and when contacted they seemed to care less. Very sad as I grew up using Drayers, Unfortunately no more.
