This is disgusting I just received a picture of the card they sent for my grandfather casket pillow and it states no love. This is absolutely disrespectful. What if this made it to the funeral home?

We have followed up with the customer regarding this situation. It was an error on card printing that the computer tried to number the card - no. 1. It was clearly not our intention to alter any meaning of the card. We are sorry this happened.
My sister sent me flowers as a pick me up after loosing my job.. not delivered on the day they were supposed to arrive AND arrived in the wrong color, with a ribbon on the INSIDE of the vase, FULL OF WATER!!!! NO florist tape, no florist green foam to hold the flowers in place, so they were all jammed in the vase randomly...I'm no floral designer, but my 4 year old grand daughter could have done a better job... the guy who delivered them was in my driveway in the rear of his suv I guess trying to put them together to lo... read more

I ordered my flower on Sunday $157 worth and I’m here at the 2 nd viewing and my flower is not here I’m so furious and upset this is immediate family and so upsetting at a time like this. I have sent a message thru fb and no one is responding:(
I do not recommend Drayer's anymore. I have used them for years. I ordered a flower for a funeral and paid $70.00. The flower that showed up at the funeral home was a complete embarrassment. I thought the flower came from Drayers. I was told that the flower had come from Woodlawn. It was something that would cost about $10.00 in the grocery store. My husband placed an order for me to receive red roses on Thursday (valentines Day) before 11am since I work til 3:30. The white flower arrangement was received at 7:30 that night. I was notified by the front desk on Monday that they were delivered late on Valentines Day and security questioned the delivery since most hospital staff had been gone.
