One of the nicer off campus apartments to live in Huntsville. If the gates broken, it does take a while to fix. The gym isn’t the cleanest, but i’ve seen worse. The people who live here are nice and the staff is hit or miss but a majority of them are pretty nice. Considering how expensive it is you think they would be on top of detailed things more.
I love living here, the maintenance is really quick and does a great job. The amendities are really nice and I feel like it’s pretty quiet and the best spot in Huntsville to live honestly.
The office staff is always so kind and willing to help and maintenance is pretty quick to help when you request. My apartment had some issues with the A/C upon move in and some chips in the floor/cabinets but the issues with the A/C were fixed quickly and the apartment was otherwise just as described. Some of the residents here don’t pick up their dog’s poop though, which kinda sucks for everyone else, but otherwise I’ve had a great experience here!
The Forum is very comfortable and homey! The office staff is very sweet and always helps out when it is needed! Definitely would recommend living here if you’re a college student! Safe and reliable!!!
These apartments are great. Maintenance comes so fast and is always helpful and the amenities are really nice. I would recommend coming here if you are looking for a good apartment.
