My girlfriend and I had a date night and decided to check it out and it was awesome. The food and service were fantastic. Before we were halfway done with our meal we both decided that we would be back again. #Markryan&Kaydee
The service and food were wonderful. I was disappointed that I made a reservation several weeks in advance and was not given a nice table by the windows. Instead I was upstairs right next to the staircase in the middle of a busy area. Not the experience I expected.
The atmosphere is great, nice and open with a progressive look and feel. A must to visit once.
This place is phenomenal and our server Jay was AWESOME and so helpful with explaining dishes and drinks and helping us choose what to get. Will def be back and will def be requesting Jay!

This was a hit and miss experience. The hostess tried to seat us a high top, but we had booked a standard table. They complied and gave us a nearby table. Our waiter was polite but not engaged in our experience. He was really rushing around so this was not about us; he was clearly overwhelmed. The drinks were excellent. Birthday dinner with our daughter and everyone loved it. Very good cocktail menu. Sat in a street-side booth. The large windows really help bring in the light. Busy but it was easy to hold a conversation. Food menu gives you quite a variety from prime beef cuts to seafood and sandwiches too. Try the fried chicken and dumplings! Generous portions so you might be taking some home. This is a great addition to the Bottle Works area on Mass. Ave. We will definitely be back!
We had a great experience for our first time there. We were celebrating birthdays early. Food was fantastic! Our server Jay was awesome! I’m sure we will make a another visit when we are in town.
Great food, excellent staff! Soup was incredible, Mac and Cheese was great, and steak cooked to perfection. Drinks and Deserts are a delicious bonus. I would highly recommend The Fountain Room.
