Very nice ambiance…waitress was very friendly and asked our opinion about food and drinks. Brussels sprouts were the best…food was good but not great. My Salmon dinner was good but it was not very warm. Everyone who got Mashed potatoes said they were very lukewarm…I did tell the waitress and she said she would let the chief know. But did not offer to warm them or bring out a warm dish of potato’s….The corn casserole is extremely “hot” in flavor…if you like spicy hot you will like them. We enjoyed the vibe and service. It’s upbeat. Nicer than typical and good alternative to the usual. We got waygu meatloaf, chicken and biscuits, and fish and chips. The dishes were definitely elevated to match what you would expect with a nicer place. I also had a Havana rum based drink. I didn’t know what to expect but it was definitely more like a sipping drink. Strong but good.

DJ was our waiter. He was top notch! Observant of our needs, attention to detail and space appetizer and meal allowing us to visit as requested.

The ambiance is amazing and the hosts/hostesses are super kind - we had a few issues (the restaurant is still getting its sea legs, I think) and the manager Nicola came in and fixed everything. I would go back just for her and her kindness and lovely customer service.

My husband and I went to the Fountain Room last night to celebrate my birthday. We were greeted by Nicola Gabrielle who is the assistant manager. She immediately wished me a happy birthday and was so bubbly and so nice. She worked with some of our out of town friends who surprised us with two appetizers. She walked through the dining room all night stopping at tables and came to ours twice to ensure things were going well. She was great. DW was our server. Great new place to celebrate milestones in life. Food was excellent and servers were attentive. I appreciated seeing organic wines on the menu. The Malbec was smooth.

The lobster bisque is good, but stay away from the macaroni and cheese. I don't think adding lobster would have helped it either. My steak was good, but my friends steak was not prepared as requested. They were very accommodating in fixing it though.
