We had an amazing time - our waitress Shearyl was amazing, knew the menu and made great recommendations. We loved the fried artichokes, prime rib sandwich, roasted Brussels sprouts with bacon and blue cheese and fried chicken. The cocktails were great as well- 4 different kinds of old fashions 😁 Can’t wait to come back!
It was our first dining experience at The Fountain Room. We really liked the restaurant, the atmosphere, and the location. The meat and cheese board was fantastic with the meats coming locally from the Smoking Goose - excellent. Our server was very friendly and polite. She would disappear and check back a little less frequently than we would have liked. Once our food came out, we needed some items, but it was almost ten (10) minutes before she checked on us. I usually try a place three times before leaving any reviews, but The Fountain Room was pretty disappointing. There was no draft beer or soda available due to a problem with the lines. Apparently, it costs more to get someone out to fix on the weekend, so they were waiting until Monday. The food was ok. I had a the ribeye, which was prepared well and tasted delicious.
