This was our first time visiting the Fountain Room. There were four of us and we decided to come here to celebrate two of our birthdays. We loved the atmosphere and ambience of the place. We really enjoyed our booth. It felt private and intimate even though it was in a large area with several other occupied tables. We went here for brunch on a Sunday. Ambience is great, has a lot of character to the building. Wait staff were excellent and very attentive. The food was fine, but was a little underwhelming given the rest of the experience. Fairly bland, especially the potatoes. Some more seasoning would go a long way. Overall, we were happy with the experience, but felt the food experience did not match the expectations we had given how nice the place is. Perhaps the dinner experience is different, we would certainly go back.
Great atmosphere and great food. Went for our anniversary and highly recommend it fir your next special event.
Really enjoyed our first trip. Diego our server was first rate. Had the sea bass and lobster bisque which were both excellent!!
Very nice first time at this restaurant. My wife and I were there to celebrate our anniversary and were greeted by the hostesses with a nice card signed by the staff. Our meal was excellent and the restaurant had a nice ambiance, very well decorated. Looking around, it seemed like a small space but they did a nice job in making it seem large. Overall, everything was as we had hoped.
We had the most exquisite evening with Reed as our server! A truly excellent menu to choose from and wonderful service all around. We could not be happier we chose to celebrate our anniversary here. They even left a signed card on the table for us from all of the staff working that evening. Top notch place.
Birthday brunch for granddaughter. Our server, Beckha/Becca, was perfectly attentive - not too much; not too little - she was delightful! We enjoyed a lovely booth by the windows. The drinks were delicious, as was the food, which could benefit only by very minor tweaks, and it seems contrary to complain about ‘too much’. The giant cinnamon roll had perfect icing - rich and not overpoweringly sweet - but such an excessive amount of icing (the roll was drowning in it). We had the privilege of having Zachariah as our host/wait staff. He was excellent and embodies joy and pride in service. We ordered the salmon and it was flavorful and tender. The lobster bisque had chunks of lobster that made me smile! Great job Fountain Room.
Jules was an amazing server and appreciated Arthur coming to our table and checking in on our wine selection!
