I have really enjoyed living here. I love the student atmosphere and the location. It’s very convenient being so close to the Ankeny DMACC campus. Also, I appreciate that furniture, electric, water, and other utilities are included in my rent!
campus town is the best place to live and you don't have to be a dmacc student to live here. they have the best staff and they also throw great events i wouldn't move out

What to say about this place? Hmm... Well BABYGIRL, for starters it's a fantastic place to live! Lol. You thought I was going to be negative! NOPE. Anyway, it is a great place, its right across the street from DMACC. That helps a lot with all you "Newbees" coming in, or looking for a place! It's mostly quite, because you have to remember that you do still live with children! I have lived here for a year, and I'm living here again!
