I had a scheduled appointment with the property manager, Kelly, to move into Campus Town there in Ankeny today at 8 am. When I showed up and the doors to the office were locked and the lights were off I decided to wait to see if someone would show up shortly. After 20 minutes of waiting, I realized no one was showing up any time soon, so sadly I will be continuing my apartment search elsewhere. What a joke!!!! I took my daughter there to tour and Kelly the Manager came in and we asked for a tour and she told us she was too busy as her owner would not let her hiring anybody and she was leaving and asked us to go and she locked the office and left. We stood there in surprise and left and toured others in the Ankeny.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. The office isn’t always open set hours. I have a hard time getting packages because of the office never being open when it’s supposed to be. Rent is over priced for what you get. Not impressed with maintenance either.
