I am a new patient and called the office on a Tuesday afternoon after a crown came loose and I swallowed it while eating lunch. The staff was able to set an appointment for me the same day and a temporary crown was quickly placed in my mouth until the permanent crown arrives. Everyone was so helpful and friendly, and I appreciated the fact that they made me feel at ease. All charges were explained before any work was done, which is not typical.
