I was so pleased with the office in general. The technician taking x-rays and discussing my various concerns was superb. In fact, super. Dr. Anderson was so easy to talk to. What a pleasure dealing with the staff members, they were helpful and not in a bad mood as so often found in doctors' offices. In my opinion, the staff can really make or break a doctor. Thus far, I am very satisfied.
Every body in the office was wonderful. We had called just a few hour earlier and they fit us in. When we walked to the elevator in the lobby the door was closing and a nice lady opened the door to let us on and it turn out that she worked in the office. We were carrying oxygen equipment and she rushed ahead and opened the door to the office for us. They got me right in. Best Dentist EVER! Dr. Anderson is very gentle & kind. His staff is Awesome. There would be no dental horror stories if every dentist was like Dr. Anderson!!!!
