We asked for an estimate on replacing the glass on our fogged picture windows. Fast response to quote request and great experience with the responding sales person. Office staff was friendly and helpful. The installers did a great job and the glass looks beautiful!

Excellent service! I had Hale Pet Door installed by Glass Guru of Southlake that required a custom cut piece of glass for my back door. Kyle and James are the GMs for this franchise location and they were amazing to work with. Another out of state Glass Guru installed a Hale Pet Door in our prior home and apparently when they installed it, they cut the dog door voiding the warranty and making it where I could reuse my door. Very happy! James Dodd came out and provided the estimate. His knowledge of construction and windows immediately gave me a sense of comfort. I've had other glass replaced but this was more complicated: 52.25 inch round window, second floor, need scaffolding because must be careful with the gutters. (I had other people price out the job; one couldn't do it because of the scaffolding, another kept increasing the pricing for different reasons. None of that with Glass Guru.)
